Sebastian Mrohs, founder and CEO of Reigen Fermentation presents the very first sake produced in Berlin. Guests will enjoy a short presentation of Reigen Fermentation and a tasting. Further Sake drinks can be purchased regulary at the Goldfisch Bar (by Kai Wolschke), which is a regular participant of the Sake Week.
Sebastian spent many years in Japan in a Zen-Kloster in Hyogo-Ken and worked as Kura-Bito in the Sake-Brewery Terada Honke in Chiba-Ken. Since 2019 he is working on a Sake product wich is more fitting to the Western world according to texture and taste
