-5th year anniversary and world sake day celebration-
Join us on October 5th, Saturday from 3-9pm as we celebrate the 5th year since Nova Brewing Co. was born. It’s also World Sake Day so perfect day to be drinking sake!
Currently confirmed over 6 local food vendors who will be showcasing their food and also special menu they prepared with sake kasu (byproduct of sake production). As LA counties’ craft sake brewery, we’ve been trying to promote the use of this superfood that promotes zero waste and excited to see how local chefs will utilize in their cooking!
We will also launching limited release sake to celebrate world sake day!
