Right after their third edition of the Berlin Ramen Festival on the 27th and 28th of September, the Berlin Ramen Society is teaming up with the new “Ikii” Natural Wine & Sake Listening Room in Berlin Neukölln to take you on a culinary journey paired with finely curated sake and heartwaming sounds. Simon, mastermind behind Hangoro Fermente, the former Umami Bar in Passau and the latest fully booked 5-day pop-up event by the Berlin Ramen Society crew is running the kitchen and sharing his passion for Japanese fusion cuisine. The results are one of a kind snacks in an intimate atmosphere with vinyl grooves, low lights and an unmistakable energy.
